 Proof RABIES

Proof of a Valid Rabies Vaccine is required.  We have to see a copy of the Rabies Certificate or the pets shot record.  We CAN NOT accept only the tag.  It doesn't tell us when the shot expires.  We can not groom any dog without it.

Grooming

We specialize in rescue dogs who may not have had a good past. If the grooming process is too stressful and can not be accomplished without either us or the pet getting hurt, we will send the baby home and try and get a referall to a local vet for the haircut. At the vets they can give a mild sedative to help calm the baby down.

Matts

Allowing a dog's coat to get matted is not only very UNCOMFORTABLE, but DANGEROUS for your pet.  If a pet is matted there will be additional fees added onto the grooming price.  We will only perform hair cuts we feel appropriate under these conditions. The haircut of a matted pet will look “rough” and may not be the “show trim” the owner was hoping to achieve. 

Appointments

If a client no-shows twice without calling, there will be a required $30.00 deposit to make future appointments.

By appointment Only

We groom by appoinment only!!!  So please plan ahead and make your appointment early.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

Self Service Stalls

If a dog using the Self Service is un-ruly and tries to hurt other animals, the parent and pet will be asked to leave, even if the self service bath is not finished.

Even though we offer to trim a dogs nails, if the dog is aggressive we reserve the right to not clip nails.
